For TCRC families

Bring both conversations together.

EEF is a proud vendor of Tri-Counties Regional Center. Here is a clear place to begin your program questions.

Important guidance

Start with the right person for each question.

Families should discuss eligibility and service authorization with their TCRC service coordinator. EEF can provide program-related information for that conversation, but EEF does not determine eligibility and cannot guarantee funding.

TCRC

Ask your service coordinator

Bring your questions about eligibility, authorization, and the information your coordinator may need from the program.

EEF

Ask about the experience

Tell EEF who is reaching out, what you are hoping to explore, and any riding experience or questions that would help the team understand your message.

A simple path

What to include in your first note.

  1. 01

Share the rider’s first name only if helpful, who is reaching out, and the kind of experience you are exploring.

  2. 02

Include questions about adaptive riding, EAL, horsemanship, or the information needed for a TCRC conversation.

  3. 03

EEF will review the message and follow up with current program-related information.
